Refund policy

 

Returns are accepted for store credit only within 7 days from date of purchase.   Please contact us as soon as possible at gypsiesandcowgirls@yahoo.com and all return items must be postmarked before the end of 7 days from the date of delivery on the tracking information provided    

A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for all RETURNS or any cancelled PREORDER.   

If you have something that is damaged of defective, please email us WITHIN 48 hours AFTER RECEIVING THE ITEM  at gypsiesandcowgirls@yahoo.com or text 325-642-2568.   Items will not be eligible for return or credit if the notice is later than 48 hours.

Gypsies & Cowgirls is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.   Please contact USPS customer service for assistance of a lost or stolen package.  

Contact us at the above email prior to returning any item to make sure it is eligible for a return.   For a more complete list, see the conditions below.

We will issue store credit to your email, as soon as the return is received.  Customers must set up a customer account to receive and use this store credit.   

Any sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE  and not eligible for return.   If you return these items, they will NOT be processed.   A $ 10 fee will incur if you wish to have these items returned to you.    All sale items and coupon codes greater than 20% or  higher are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.   

Your item must be in the same NEW condition that you received it, unworn or unused, no stains, smoke or pet hair, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  If these conditions are not met, your item will be returned to you at your cost for shipping.  

To start an return, contact us immediately at gypsiesandcowgirls@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You can always contact us for any questions at gypsiesandcowgirls@yahoo.com or call/text 325-642-2568 during store business hours.   Shipping is done Monday through Thursday.  Returns are handled on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.    It is strongly encouraged that you insure the item in the event of loss through shipping and a verification of receipt of the item is highly recommended.

Return shipping is paid for by the customerShipping costs are non-refundable.   Return labels are not issued for returns except in the case of damaged or defective items.   In the unusual event that a return label is created for a non-damaged item, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the store credit issued.   


Damages and issues
All items are carefully inspected before shipping.  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at 325-642-2568 if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Notification must occur within 48 hours of the item's delivery.   


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for an exchange.  To be eligible for an exchange , your item must be in the same NEW condition that you received it, unworn or unused, no stains, smoke or pet hair, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If these conditions are not met, your item will be returned to you at your cost.

>Sale Items or items using a discount code 20% or greater
>Special Holiday Items (i.e., Valentine's, Autumn, Thanksgiving, Christmas)

>Gift Cards are not refundable for cash.   


If you want to exchange for a size:
Due to fast turnover, we will not hold merchandise while waiting for your return.   The fastest way to ensure you get what want is to call us about the return and start the return process, then make a separate purchase for the new item.   We are not responsible for issuing credit if the item is undelivered or lost in transit.   

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically eligible to have the credit processed and a email with the credit amount will be sent to you to use for a future purchase.
