Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Exceptions to this are print to order tee shirts in which shipping time may vary from 7-14 days and even up to 3 weeks during holiday times.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard shipping (3–5 business days)

• Priority shipping (2–3 business days)

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at gypsiesandcowgirls@yahoo.com.   We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.  It is the responsibility to contact the buyer to determine the procedures for recovery or file for damages.   We have no control over lost or stolen packages and all claims for damages must be initiated by the buyer.   Insurance is highly recommended.
